This is a newly renovated single family home is located downtown, close to all of Milwaukee has to offer.
With 4 Bedrooms, 9 beds and 3 bathrooms, the home comfortably accommodates groups of all sizes.
The main floor boasts an open concept with updated kitchen, communal dining table and living room. Also on the first floor is a gram-worthy mural painted by a local Milwaukee muralist. The lower level/game room and connected outdoor space add an additional location for gathering.
Our goal is to provide a home where folks can gather, enjoy each others company and stay all in the same place. We've organized the home to be conducive for larger groups. Here is a breakdown of the home:
The main floor includes the living/dining/kitchen space and is very open and inviting. A full bathroom, and one bedroom with 2 twin beds and one full bed round out the first floor.
The finished lower level/game room we've dubbed "The High Life Lounge" provides another welcoming location for entertaining. Arcade games, foosball, dart board, beer pong table and a projector make this a fun space for all. This lower level also opens onto a nice outdoor patio complete with furniture, fire-pit, umbrella, grill and outdoor games.
The second story has:
- One bedroom with a King bed
- Master suite with a King Bed and 2 pull out couches and a master en-suite bathroom and an outdoor patio.
- One bedroom with 3 full size beds
- An additional full bathroom
