Centrally located with easy access to the 405, 55 73 freeways. This large modern farmhouse has 3 bedrooms & 2 baths. This property is great for extended vacations, temporary home for displaced families during renovations or disaster repairs or corporate housing for contract work. This is a very versatile property and can be rented as the entire property with without an additional cottage or smaller sections.
This is a fully furnished property with utilities included. High speed wifi and Youtube TV + NFL Sunday Ticket. Brand new HVAC system.
Please note that this is the 3 bedroom option which is considered the "main house" which is over 2,200 square feet. There are 3 smaller spaces for rent that may be occupied during your stay ( 1 detached and 2 attached units ). The property is set up to keep each unit very private and the only common space is the driveway and garage. Each unit has it's own separate entrance and there are communicating doors that seal each unit off from the main house.
The main house has its own washer/dryer and comes with 1 included parking space in the garage. ( 2 parking spaces available upon request ). There is also an EV charger available for use ( EV charging is available on a per KWh rate that is an additional charge, rates vary by time of day and time of year )
Cleaning service during your stay is available upon request for an additional fee. All stays of 90 days or more include a bi-monthly cleaning at no additional cost.
We do not re-use bed sheets, pillow cases or duvet covers. Each guest gets treated with a brand new set of linens which guests are free to take with them on check out.
We also may require you to complete a verification process, make a security deposit and sign guest lease since we only accept reservations of 30 days or more.
