Legacy Desert Oasis - Beautiful Southwestern home in Scottsdale, AZ with a sparkling, heated pool and private backyard! 4 Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total Sleeps up to 13 people. Fantastic location! Close to The Scottsdale Quarter & Kierland Commons. 5 mins to TPC Scottsdale (Home of of the Phoenix Open), 10 mins to Westworld of Scottsdale (Home of The Arabian Horse Show & Barrett Jackson).
Plenty of room for entertaining! Living room has a large sectional sofa w/ a 65" Smart TV. The kitchen and dining area has a large island / breakfast bar that seats 8 and a dining table that accomodate 6 people.
The family area has two sofa's for additional seating and conversation alongside the fireplace. Large spacious kitchen area with plenty of counter top space.
The master bedroom has a luxurious king sized canopy bed with 2 bed side tables and lamps. There are also 2 black sitting chairs and a mounted 43" Smart TV. The master bathroom has a dual-vanity, and step-down walk-in shower. Large walk-in closet.
The second bedroom has a plush king sized, upholstered bed w/ a bed side stand and two lamps. The room also has a twin trundle bed. This room can sleep 4 people in total, has a mounted 55" Smart TV, wall mirror and large walk-in closet. The second bedroom also has it's own attached bathroom that features a dual-vanity and a tub / shower combo.
The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed w/ a twin trundle that pulls out from underneath the queen sized bed. The fourth bedroom has a trundle bed with 2 double beds. This room can sleep up to 4 people in total.
Each room has it's own AC unit that will keep you cool even during hot Summer days!
The backyard is the perfect place to entertain and relax. There is a dining table that seats up to 6 people, and an additional table / sitting area combo that can accommodate up to 6 people.

~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes."
~ No pets or large gatherings
~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed.
~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~ Utility caps apply. This 4 bedroom has a $250 utility allowance per 30 days ($8.34 per day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $250 utility cap. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer
~All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
The private pool can be heated at an additional nightly cost of $65.00 a night + tax. Please contact our reservations team for a pool heating quote. Casago handles turning on the pool heater and shutting it off. Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature
