REMINDERS:
- STRICTLY NO SMOKING. Smoking inside the property is subjected to $750 FINE which will be used to deodorize the home before the next guest arrives.
-There will be a $250 fine if we found our smoking detector is tampered after checkout
-We charge $100 fee for the first pet will be added to the reservation cost and $75 for any additional pets and will only allow a maximum of 3 pets only. This does not cover any damage that may be incurred or cleaning up excessive pet hair or waste.
- Dog poop must be picked up - especially in front of the property or on the street as there will be a FINE of $200.
-$25 fee for Excessive pet hair cleaning up.
-Early check-in fee $50, WHEN AVAILABLE only, kindly check with us on the day of your check-in.
-Late check-out fee, minimum charge of $50 (depending on how late), WHEN AVAILABLE only, kindly check with us the day before your check-out.
-Any noise/disturbance that causes neighbor disruption will incur a $1000 fee, because that can lead to us being forced off Airbnb by the housing community association.
-If Food, Spilled drinks, Shoeprints, Blood stains, or any type of damage is found on the linens, please be aware that we will need to request a replacement fee starting at minimum $35
-Also any lost or stolen items will require a minimum $75 fine
PLEASE NOTE: Primary guest that doesn't have reviews and not at 4-5 star reviews. We will require a $500 additional deposit which will be refunded at the end of your stay, given that there are no issues or any damages.
REMINDER:
Effective Sep 18, 2022- For any URGENT REPAIRS needed on the property. We always notify our guest immediately, and let our handyman/service company get inside the property even if the guest is not there.
