Summary: I am from Nantucket and grew up around the corner from this gem of a cottage. First of all you have your own parking spot. However, you could do without a car at this location if you bike or don't mind a hearty walk into and back from town. That walk by the way will be down Main Street the magnificent mansion and tree lined cobble stone street that leads to center of town. The cottage is newly renovated and oozes Nantucket charm from every angle. From Whale shaped pillows to ships wheells # hooks to the original hand hewn plank floors. It has TV and wifi but it also drawers full of games and crayons and playing card. Books and magazines and puzzles also grace end tables. The shower is new and spaciois The kitchen is brand new and still haden't been used after my stay because I eat out on Nantucket or with my family. Don't worry it comes with a coffee maker, a microwave and toaster oven because I like to make my own breakfast but you can cook real meals here. Bedroom is functional and comfortable Living/Dining area cozy not cramped. Best for two and two children. I thinks it's a real find.
