*** Classic Mid-century gem designed by William Krisel and Dan Palmer in 1957 bought by Gene Autry in 1959. Built as a hotel, The Ocotillo was converted to condos in the 90's.
Beautiful calm setting in South Palm Springs.
2nd floor/top unit completely remodeled in 2015 with NEW EVERYTHING.
Full kitchen with all new appliances. Oven/stove, Microwave, Garbage disposal, Dishwasher, Refrigerator with ice machine. Washer/Dryer in common area, not in the unit.
High speed wireless internet in unit, 50" Smart Flat screen TV, 2 USB chargers, Queen size Memory foam mattress, Large bathroom with double vanity & skylight. Shower (no tub) with Speakman shower head and Hansgrohe hand shower. Living room area couch folds flat into a full size bed. Luxurious 1600 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets.
Patio off of unit has table, chairs and umbrella.
Unit has Central AC and Heat with Blackout Blinds and Curtains.
This unit is on 2nd floor up 1 flight of stairs. There is no elevator.

The Neighborhood:
Twin Palms is home to incredible mid century architecture so walking, biking and driving around makes for awesome exploring. Ocotillo Lodge is walking distance from Koffi, Ace Hotel and Bar, Mr. Lyons, numerous bars, restaurants and nightclubs.
Getting Around:
Parking is free, on property, and close to the unit. The Buzz trolley picks up every 15 minutes (Thursday-Sunday 11 AM-1 AM) and it's FREE! Only available thru June 31, 2018. The city bus picks up just across the street. Minutes from downtown and steps from the FREE Buzz trolley line, you can be anywhere in Palm Springs without ever having to get in your car.
