Games room with table tennis, darts and a variety of games
Outside front deck, with shelter from rough weather
Infinity Hotwater shower and bath outside at rear of house to get rid of the sand before you come inside!

Lounge area with 50" Plasma TV with built in Freeview, Bluray DVD player, Digital SkyTV capabilities (BYO Decoder - not MySky), Yamaha sound system.
Large table which would serve both as a large family dining table, or for a conference.
Outside front deck, with stairs that lead downstairs
Semi Enclosed Deck at the back overlooking the ocean, with 5 person spa pool, and walkway access to the dunes, all under cover and private - A new addition to our home at the end of 2022
Short stroll to childrens' playground, campground, and beaches - try your hand at surfcasting or surfing!
This property is now fully fenced to ensure the safety of your little ones, including fully fenced upstairs decking areas.
