This 2 bedroom suite offers a very luxurious feel. It offers 2 bedrooms with 3 beds total with a full size and a twin size in one bedroom and a large king-size in the master bedroom. Amenities to include coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator in the unit. Free parking on Premises
-We offer 24/7 messaging but cannot always offer maintenance or staff to attend after 5 pm or before 9 am. We will do our best to resolve your needs and requests as quickly as possible once we have staff available.
-We offer just about everything you need to get started such as coffee, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc but please understand we offer enough to start your trip and any extras you need you will be responsible for.
This suite is in a building with 2 other suites and only the entrance hallway is shared.

1.) No smoking
2.) No parties
3.) Keep noise to a reasonable level
4.) Number of overnight guests should not exceed registered number or maximum guests
5.) Must check out by 11 unless other arrangements with host have been made or there will be a charge
6.) Do not leave trash in front of the unit, animals will get it. Trash only goes in the the dumpster (and the dumpster info should already be in there).
7.) All of the neighbors that live in the neighborhood are private residents. The owner/ property manager do not live on site. Please do not ask any of the neighbors for help with anything regarding to the unit, they do not like to be disturbed.
Window units will be installed by Memorial Day through the end of Sept/ early October
This unit is not baby proofed. If you need any baby proofing for your stay please be sure to bring your own devices with you.
Weekly and monthly stays are welcome.
