Enjoy the amenities at Stoneledge with a pool, tennis court, club house, exercise room, and children's playground. There is a boat dock and walking trails within minutes of the town home. (Note: All boat slips are private and are not available for rental use. For boat or jet ski storage, there is a gated boat area on the property for your convenience as well as a dock available for day use within site of the town home. Boats cannot be left on the water overnight per Duke power and HOA regulations.) Grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, hospitals, churches and movies are conveniently located just minutes away. Many mountain towns such as the Highlands and Cashier's in NC are just a short drive away. Greenville, SC is a 50 minute drive. Crooked Creek RV Park is within a mile of Stoneledge and offers a boat launch, rental slips, gas, pizza, supplies, and ice cream. The Keowee Marina, Tiki Hut, and Lighthouse restaurant and cabana are a short boat ride or drive away.
This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath professionally decorated home can comfortably accommodate 6-8 people. The home features granite, Corian and marble counter tops, high ceilings, WiFi throughout, LCD smart televisions, sound system, and walk in closets. The terrace level has a kitchen, dining room, family room, half bath, screened in porch and open porch with a new Weber gas grill. The master suite has a king size bed with a private bath featuring a Jacuzzi tub, separate walk in shower, and over sized vanity with double sinks. An additional bedroom with full bath are located on the 3rd floor adjacent to the master bedroom. All have picturesque views of Lake Keowee.
The lanai level features a full bed and bunk beds, Large LCD television, full bath, sound system, pool table, and washer and dryer room. There is a private sitting area to relax and enjoy the lake views. There is even a second gas grill convenient for grilling hot dogs etc for kids coming off the lake.
Parking is on the main level of the unit and is directly adjacent to the front door. You basically walk into the foyer, great room and kitchen area. Bedrooms are on the upper and lower floors. There is one marked space and also a single car garage next to the space that is available for your use. There is also one extra parking space available to use within the gate which makes this unit have 3 parking spots any additional vehicles will need to park in the gated secured parking/storage area across from the main gate.
