Welcome to the best view on Lake Nottely. Our home is Lakeside Landing and has views, views, views! The house is awesome as well! We overlook the widest part of the lake with amazing mountain views. Our home is impeccably decorated with all the toys you will need to enjoy the lake.
Enjoy our barbecue deck, lakeside firepit, hot tub and double decker dock with double decker pontoon boat! Oh and the views! Lake and Mountain View’s with nothing to block your view but the sunshine off the lake! This lakefront house has it all!
Take out ourpontoon boat with 140 hp motor and enjoy all 21 miles of Lake Nottely. We charge an additional cost of $50.00 per night. We also have a double decker dock for sunning and swimming. Take out our paddle board and kayak and enjoy the lake at your own speed. Come back and enjoy one of two areas to cook burgers, relax by the lake. If that is not enough to do, get in the lake side hot tub which seats 6 - 8.
We also have a wonderful lake side fire pit to enjoy a roaring fire and have those s'mores with friends and family.
We are located 15 minutes from Blue Ridge, 10 minutes from BLAIRSVILLE. 15 minutes from Murphy, NC. We are near world class white water rafting, multiple wineries, John C Folk School, Harrah,s Cherokee Casino, wonderful restaurants and Appalachian Trail. Ask, we are always happy to provide info about the area.

We charge 50.00 a night usage fee to help us defray our maintenance costs.
