To make it what attracted you today and others in the future requires the dedication of our owners and staff. Owner and staff may need to be on the property during your stay but will communicate prior to our arrival and the intentions. The multiple acre property requires 50+ hours per week of maintenance during some periods of the year. There is daily/weekly reoccurring maintenance, mowing, weeding, watering, planting, noxious weed control, pool water and equipment management, repairs and maintenance, expansions, and improvements to improve your next stay.
Additional flower gardens and more tree diversity to the arboretum added each planting season. Already you can expect 100s off different bulbs and flowers blossoming at any week though-out the spring to fall growing seasons.
This is a personal home. Homeowner does not stay in the residence when occupied with VRBO guests. Personal items still in the home: Ex. master bedroom closet, dressers and nightstands. master bathroom cabinet, one closet upstairs has some clothing available section for guests use, pantry, refrigerator. There is still plenty of room to accommodate your stay.
Vehicles parking is outdoors. Garages and hot tub are not part of the booking. Use of garage is coming and going and using the outside refrigerator. Garage space available for shoes, sports bags and coolers.
