Summary: We stayed at Mare condos for a week, and we enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us as it was a more residential area, but still only a 15 min walk to the beach and 5 mins to the more commercial areas like 5th ave. The hotel has a very nice rooftop pool area that we used a lot. The apartment itself was a good size, had a kitchen where you can prepare meals, lots of closet space, and it has a washing machine, which is a huge plus on vacation. We were here in the low season and had no problems with loud music or noisy nights, which some of the reviews have stated. The only downside we could find is that they did not clean the room on the day they said they would, but that could also easily be a misunderstanding on our part. We solved it by emptying our own trash and bought toilet paper at the supermarket, so it wasn’t really a big problem. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, special thanks to the manager George, and receptionists Josephine and Lucas. Overall a very good stay that could honestly recommend to others.
