The Space:
The Marítima Playa Flamingos complex is a modern and trendy oceanfront development in Nuevo Vallarta and one of the most sought-after family-friendly properties. Our penthouse is situated on the 10th floor with a large wrap-around terrace for breathtaking sunsets and enjoying the stunning ocean view. Our guests can enjoy resort-like amenities on site, like the beachfront or rooftop pools and lounge areas, a well-equipped fitness center, a restaurant/bar, outdoor dining tables, ping pong tables, and access to the gorgeous beach in front of the complex. You’ll have all of this at your fingertips!
Feel like a top VIP when the elevator opens up right inside the condo! The great room is open and luminous with big windows to enjoy an ocean view from every angle. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors provide access to your private terrace. Step outside and relax on cushioned seating, enjoy a meal or your morning coffee at the table, and gaze at the ocean.
The sitting area features a plush and comfortable sofa and a Smart TV. There’s a large dining table to seat 8, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you’d need to prepare meals (including a dishwasher for easy cleanups!) and a breakfast bar for extra seats at mealtime or to enjoy a snack.
When it’s time to rest and retire for the night, there are 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms to accommodate 12. Four bedrooms are master suites with ensuite bathrooms (3 rooms with king beds and 1 with two double beds), and the fifth room is the second TV/living room, where the sofa opens to a queen-sized bed.
Additional amenities include WiFi and plenty of laptop workspaces with a view, a washer and dryer for added convenience and two designated parking spaces onsite for our condo.

The Neighborhood:
In northern Nuevo Vallarta, Marítima Playa Flamingos is a picturesque beachfront destination where you can enjoy pristine beaches, world-class golf, and loads of water sports. You’ll have the beautiful beach town of Bucerías to the north (about a 10-minute drive) and plenty of dining options, cafes, and shopping nearby. And for a vibrant nightlife scene, you can head south to Puerto Vallarta. Nature enthusiasts can explore the diverse marine life of Banderas Bay, go whale-watching, or venture into lush tropical forests for hiking and wildlife encounters.
Getting Around:
The Marítima Playa Flamingos complex is about 16 km | 10 miles from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). If you arrive by car, there are two free designated parking spaces for our condo onsite.

Bringing external providers to the property is strictly prohibited. If you need any extra services, such as cleaning or a private chef, you can easily arrange and book them directly at the property.
Electricity is included up to 90 KWH per paid night. Additional KWH will be charged at $.4 USD . Any excess consumption must be settled in cash upon departure.
- Travelers must be at least 30 years old to book. Sorry, no students. Families and children are welcome as long as they are accompanied by adults over 30.
- The resort requires identification for all persons staying in the home at least seven days before arrival.
- All guests must provide the front and back of their ID in order to access the property.
- There are stairs inside the condo to reach the upper level.
- Check-in is from 4 pm to 9 pm at no cost. Late check-in from 9 pm to 11 pm is available upon request for $500 MXN. Your ETA and IDs (mandatory) should be sent to us within at least a week prior to your check-in date or upon booking confirmation.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. There is a per-person charge for additional guests.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. A mandatory weekly cleaning is required for stays of 7 nights or more.
- No smoking of any kind inside the condo! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $200 USD penalty and will cause you to be banned from the premises.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise, especially between quiet hours of 9 am and 10 pm, to respect the neighboring guests.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. If damages/loss incurred exceed the security deposit, you will be charged accordingly upon checkout and must pay in cash.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Towels are not for beach usage. Only beach towels are permitted in common areas.
- Pool and common area rules and hours on the complex must be respected.
- Please do not hang towels over railings or balconies.
- We are not responsible for any type of loss or valuables left behind.
- We are not responsible for any accidents related to the guests or companions inside the premises or complex.
*Any issue in complying with the above rules will cause a direct cancelation of the booking without a refund.
Interaction with Guests:
Someone will be there to meet you upon arrival, check you in, and give you the keys.
You’ll have complete privacy in the condo during your stay. Should you need anything, please let us know. We’re available 7 days a week.
