You will be just a few mins from Broadway/Gulch/12south, uber/lyft only costs around $5-$7 to get to all the hotspots.
This 3 story home has a rooftop deck with fire pit, grill and half bath on third level. House has gas fireplace, flat screen tvs with full comcast package (every channel), a big jambox and fast wifi.
There are 3 bedrooms, but can sleep up to 10 comfortably. All mattresses and sheets are new and fresh.
Rent it for Thanksgiving or Christmas to enjoy a family get together while cooking in the large open kitchen with gas stove.
We have a Keurig and the house will be stocked with coffee and tea K cups and the fridge will be stocked with water bottles. But please bring your own food and drinks :)
Germantown is probably the hottest and most quaint neighborhood in Nashville filled with some of the best restaurants and breweries and the Sounds stadium. You will be given an access code to the front door. Upon entry, you will receive a garage door remote and a physical key as a backup.
