Your experience begins when you arrive to the warm, yellow Spanish style exterior, with white trim as you drive up to the 2 covered parking spaces. Then walk into your a 1,000+ sq ft, remodeled duplex that sleeps 8 via its 2 bedroom, 2 bath/4 beds and 1 sofa sleeper and 1 roll away bed (if needed).

This bright, warm Spanish yellow exterior of the duplex is easy to find on the corner of Babcock Rd/Wilson - near the South Texas Medical Center.
The updated duplex features an open floor plan with living room, dining, granite counter tops and brand new kitchen appliances, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, utensils and cookware.
The Master bedroom features a new queen sized bed, matching dresser with mirror, large walk-in closet and private full bathroom. A roll away bed is available in the master closet, if needed.
The second bedroom features a new full sized bunk bed on the bottom, twin bunk above and twin trundle below.
The second bathroom is fully stocked with new towels, toiletries (bring your own toothbrush and paste ;-).
The living room is equipped with a new sofa sleeper and features a new 65" Smart TV. BRING YOUR OWN NETFLIX USERNAME AND PASSWORD.
Internet and landline is available.
Dining area is complete with a glass/wood dining table and a tall boy bistro table which opens into the kitchen.
