Welcome to our beautifully updated downstairs unit of a 3 unit house in a triplex that dates back to 1906, completely renovated in 2022 for your comfort. Every aspect of this apartment has been brought back to life. We've upgraded everything from the structure's bones to the finishes - new joists, flooring, drywall, paint, as well as all-new electrical, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning.
The kitchen doesn’t disappoint. It’s fully stocked with everything from a blender to an air fryer, ensuring you have all the tools you need for meal prep.
The apartment is generously stocked with extra blankets, sheets, and towels. Also, includes two extra full-bed sheet (one is for the pullout couch bed) sets promising a comfortable night's sleep for everyone.
NOTES FOR RENTERS (negatives that may affect you decision to stay in the unit): I want to be open and honest about what the space provides and doesn't provide in terms of comfort and minor inconveniences.
Laundry Area: The washer and dryer are located in a basement accessible only from outside. This area is regularly cleaned but can gather dust between cleanings and has lower ceilings. (6-7 ft ceiling in areas)
Due to its location in a wooded setting, the unit experiences occasional visits from small bugs and spiders. Efforts to minimize their presence include clearing the surrounding brush, regrading the driveway for better water diversion, and doubling the recommended frequency of professional extermination treatments around the building and each window. Despite these measures, it has proven challenging to fully eradicate the issue.
Noise from upstairs and adjacent unit is mild but noticeable. During renovations a couple of noise dampening systems/products were added, but they didn't work as sound proof as hoped for.

The house is 2 miles from downtown Plymouth and offers a variety of bars and restaurants. Enjoy music at the park every Saturday during warm months. Many outdoor activities are in the area. 18 hole disc golf course is down the road within walking distance . The home is connected to Hines park Drive, a 20 mile double wide walking and biking path. Phoenix lake is across the way. Kayaks and paddles are stored at the home and usable during non winter months.
Gravel driveway in the front of home is for your unit, please leave the driveway open to other tenants in the upstairs unit
A railroad runs through the backyard, situated about half an acre from the house. When freight trains pass, the noise level ranges from light to moderate.
