Summary: We didn't get off to a good start as previous tenants were late leavers and cleaners would not be finished for our 4 o'clock checkin. We were requested to give them until 4:30 but gave them until 5 but they were still parked there. As the cleaners were preparing to leave I checked the lock box but no key. Called out to cleaners but they left. Unfortunately it was nearly 6:45 before anyone believed that the key was not put in the lock box. We had 3 children very unhappy, busting to go to the toilet and 2 very frustrated mother and Aunty. Young lady from the hospitality division of your team arrived and was so sincere and apologetic managed to placate us and lift our spirits. In finally getting into the house it was obvious it was as expected albeit not quite up to standard with cleanliness. Passable as we were able to fix some of it. The children loved the place. Gardens a bit unkempt but pulling weeds out the back became a job for misbehaviour. Enjoyed playing cricket with a soft stress ball in the back yard. Amenities in house were great, few cleaning supplies missing, kitchen well equipped right down to a garlic press. Furniture good quality, curtains needing a few hooks fixed, lovely having some games and books for children. Quiet area within travelling dstances of shops, malls, parks and activities. Would be good to have a laminated sheet with a welcome and a few handy hints about bin pick up days, nearest shops, door dash, how to work the stove, and local attractions.
