Upstairs is the 600 sqft loft-style suite taking advantage of the angles and rooflines of this vintage home for such an interesting space perfect for lounging and sleeping in a little or getting up early to do yoga with the early light pouring in. It's quiet and tranquil and I dare say you'll love it.
In the backyard, you'll be wowed as you see the 6-person dining area, 6-person Hollywood Elite hot tub, built-in fire pit with seating for 4, wood-burning fire pit, and a hammock grove under the shade of 100-year-old trees.

We do want to be transparent that it is an up-and-coming transitioning neighborhood and don't want guests to be surprised by the variety of the home conditions in the neighboring blocks. We have called this neighborhood home for quite some time and we are dedicated to rehabbing it and truly, have created wonderful momentum for others as well.
