Here you will find an open concept layout, beautiful hardwood floors throughout the home, upgraded bathrooms, fully-equipped kitchen, and more! Conveniently located near I-240 and Poplar Ave, it takes just minutes to get to shops and dining and less than 20 minutes to get across town to downtown! Free wifi and pet friendly with a fee. We would love to host you!

The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside, you will find yourself in cozy living room that is open to the kitchen. The living room is furnished with a queen sofa bed, arm chairs, and a SmartTV. The open concept room layout means you can continue enjoying time with family and friends while you prepare meals in the fully-equipped kitchen! The dining table provides seating for four and additional seating can be found at the counter for four more guests.
This home has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, all located down the hall from the living room. The first bedroom is the master. This room features a king bed, a futon, and an ensuite bathroom. This beautiful bathroom has a dual vanity and standup shower with dual shower heads! The second bedroom has a full bed. The last bedroom has a twin over twin bunk bed and futon, perfect for kids! The last full bathroom can ben accessed in the hallway and has a shower/tub combination.
Out back you can find a couple of patio chairs and a grill.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is located in a residential area on the east side of Memphis, just across from Sea Isle Park.

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
