OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Enjoy quiet serenity in this great neighborhood. Relax on the covered front porch. Bring your bikes or rent a golf cart. This is a golf cart friendly area, east of the hwy 17. Super easy to get over to the beach. There are many golf cart rentals in the area. Check out: Go Fast, Ajax, Coastal Carts Unlimited or King of Carts.

Overlooking the inlet, the Marshwalk tranquil scenery, kayak rentals, boat cruises, parasailing, and a large of dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

This home looks like a duplex, but they are actually two separate homes just made to look that way. They are very private and do not share any walls, driveways, doors or windows . It’s a very neat setup!
