We are in one of the Magical Towns of the Sierra Norte of Puebla: Zacatlán de Las Manzanas. We are a family run lodge that opened its doors to travelers visiting our beautiful city, if you like to feel at home do not doubt to visit us, it is ideal for couples, families with children or people traveling alone, here you will find a cozy and homely atmosphere.
Our accommodation has four comfortable rooms with private bathroom and shower, each one specially decorated to make you feel at home. You will share the living room with other guests with WiFi, frigobar, dishes and microwave oven to heat your food, we also have available drinking water, tea and coffee for those cold nights characteristic of Zacatlán.
At Hospedaje Ensueño we are compromised with the concern for the environment so we have implemented some sustainable practices: we encourage our guests to separate residues (paper, cardboard, glass, plastic and metals) and recycle, the light bulbs in the rooms and common areas are energy saving, we avoid single use plastics, that's why we use newspaper bags for the garbage cans, we provide reusable cloth bags and we have replaced the plastic bottles with water dispensers.
Our friendly staff is always ready to offer you travel tips, information about the main tourist attractions, places to visit and recommendations of where to eat, as well as activities in our beautiful Magic Town.
Hospedaje Ensueño Policies & Conditions:
Cancellation policy: 24h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check in from 14:00 to 23:00 . If you arrive earlier you'll be more than welcome to chill in the common space while you wait for your room to be ready
Check out before 12:00 .
Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards. This property may pre authorise your card before arrival. Payment is done at check in with National Currency (Mexican Pesos)
