- $50 Hot Tub fee will be withheld from Security Deposit, unless Hot tub is returned back clean, and temperature set at 80 F.
- Quiet Hours start at 9 PM, so no loud sound after that even if there are no neighbors in sight. All fires turned off after 10 as well.
