• When leaving the unit, please lock the door behind you, it does NOT lock automatically.
• Smoking/vaping is STRICTLY PROHIBITED inside.
• Absolutely NO pets allowed.
• Please DO NOT remove any items from the unit. Inventory is taken after each stay and if something's missing or damaged, reimbursement will be required accordingly.
• If you break it, please let us know immediately and PLEASE send a picture immediately! Accidents happen, so let's fix it so we can move on to more relaxing times! And I know it makes your child heart happy but please no jumping on the beds. If they break, you'll be charged accordingly.
• If you use it, take care of it. Please remember, this is a home not a hotel.
• Entire space with exception of garage is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.
• Toilets are for toilet paper ONLY. Please NO “flushable wipes”.
• No grease in the sink! Use a ziplock bag from kitchen drawer and throw away into the trash.
No Parties:
