Summary: We stayed at the property for three nights. Overall, everything went well. When booking the reservation, the owners were providing a percentage off. However, when paying with my credit card, the percentage was not taken off. I contacted the host and vrbo 3 times. I was finally given the discount, but it was not from the host it was from vrbo. In my opinion, it should’ve been the host that paid the discount.The three days we were there it was extremely hot weather in the 90s. I did not realize that they did not have central air. There were window air conditioners in all the bedrooms, except for one. The living room, kitchen and dining room were extremely hot. It was 80 in those areas. We did contact the host and by the next day they had a window air conditioner in the living room. That cooled the area down to around 75 which was manageable. The outside area was lovely. Nice fire pit and hot tub. We also had plenty of room. The beds were really nice: a thick memory foam mattress. The house was decorated nicely. However, I could tell that it was a rental house. The downstairs bathroom had a surround that was silicone caulk that was coming off. Paint on the trim and other things but that did not affect our stay. Overall, I would recommend the place
