This home will provide the ultimate comfort and privacy for your Derby rental. Other weeks may be considered but this is a primary residence. There are so many gathering spaces in this home!
5 large bedrooms each with its own bath (tub and shower). There is a 6th bedroom that is a recreation room but can be set up with queen size premium Aerobed and has temporary closet set up (see photos). High ceilings, large windows with lots of natural light, and quiet ceiling fans throughout.
First floor master with a king, 3 bedrooms on second floor with queen, queen, and double (and bonus bedroom with queen aerobed), and bedroom in lower level with king (has windows). Master bath has heated floors, heated towel rack, and a Jacuzzi tub with separate large shower with multiple heads, and two separate sinks along with flat screen tv. Also powder room half bath on main floor.
Large kitchen with upgraded features including double ovens, refrigerated drawers, warming drawer, gas range with 5 burners, two sinks, and two dishwashers into an open living space. Breakfast room with seating for 6 in open kitchen area, three barstools on granite island, and dining room with seating for 6.
Full size laundry rooms on main floor and second floor, with built in ironing board in main floor laundry. Exercise room in the lower level (walk-out) with new treadmill and weights. HD flat screen tvs throughout the home (7) with most premium DirecTv channels (all movie channels and available sports packages, including NFL Sunday Ticket), Netflix, and Roku. Fully finished theater room with eight (8) leather automatic reclining theater chairs, and a 4D 120 inch projector screen with Blueray (i.e netflix, Hulu, etc.) in basement. This is excellent viewing for sports or movies. Each bedroom has a walk in closet (except 6th bonus bedroom), and each bathroom has full tub and shower and granite counters.
Gas fire places in great room and hearth room. A mini bar on the main floor and a full bar with dishwasher, sink and refrigerator in the basement. Additional recreational room with tv on second floor (in addition to 5 bedrooms there is a full size futon in this room that would be suitable for a child bed only). 3 car garage and large circular driveway for easy parking. Strong whole home mesh high speed wireless and cloud printer provided (upon request).
Large back patio with covered seating and gas grill. Very convenient to great restaurants and the track. Home situated on .7+ acres with lots of privacy in great new neighborhood in very upscale area.
