The Space:
If you’re looking for 2 comfortable and convenient places to stay nearby, in the heart of La Paz, this is it! You’ll be steps from the Malecón, where you can experience some of the best restaurants, fresh-caught seafood, local markets, shopping, lots of fun activities, and a stunning La Paz sunset!
This rental is TWO thoughtfully designed studio suites with everything you’d need for a fabulous stay! Both studios feature plush double beds, a full bathroom, and large wall-mounted Smart TVs with Netflix and Disney+ for relaxing downtime moments at home.
One suite has a well-equipped kitchen with a built-in stove and with everything you’d need to prepare a basic meal at home. The other suite features a little refreshment area with a mini-fridge, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Dine at home, and the dining spaces in each suite are great for laptop workspaces if needed as well!
The front door opens to the shared balcony overlooking the plaza, which has a coffee shop and other convenient amenities. There are black-out shades there, too, when you feel like sleeping in!

This is a self-check-in property using a code for the lockbox to get the keys. Code and instructions will be provided before arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the city center (Zona Central) in a calm, friendly neighborhood with the beach and waterfront promenade (Malecón) within walking distance (2.4 km | 1.4 miles). Enjoy beautiful ocean views and explore a variety of restaurants, shops, and more as you stroll along the water’s edge. You’ll also be in a local plaza area with a coffee shop, restaurants, and other amenities at your fingertips!

Getting Around:
The condo is 12.6 km |7.8 mi from the La Paz International Airport (LAP) and about 192 km | 119 mi from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).
Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where, at times, you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us and the environment. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water to use to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom). Our local team can provide you with assistance if you have questions.
Keep in mind we provide a limited supply of essentials like soap and toilet paper to get you started. You’ll have to pack or purchase other items, like shampoo, bath gel, etc if needed.
Electricity is included in short-term stays but not included for long-term stays over 28 nights.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor public areas for security and safety reasons only.
HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated, especially after 10 pm. Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
Interaction with Guests:
You’ll have complete privacy in the condo during your stay. Should you need anything, please let us know. We’re available 7 days a week.
