Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The property is well maintained, both the condo and the grounds. The condo was well outfitted ( coffee maker, wine glasses, blender, beach towels, tea towels, wash clothes, etc)with most items you would expect in a higher end condo. They have added a lot of new beach chairs along the waterfront in the last 8 months. The beach is very nice in front of the complex. One of the roof top pools is heated, which is nice in the November to March time period.

Negative: It is 2.5 km from Bucerias Centro. Would prefer to be closer. All renters must wear a wrist bracelet even if you are staying for several months.

Summary: This is the second time we have stayed in this complex and I expect we will be returning in the future. We highly recomm
