We invite you to 'The Serenity of the Desert', our professionally remodeled and designed home located a block from the Kierland Commons.
Our home features a heated pool, 6-person jetted jacuzzi, putting green, outdoor fireplace, poolside gazebo and a tucked away oasis with hammocks where you can relax to the sound of a waterfall. Our guests can enjoy 6 uniquely designed bedrooms including a large, attached casita.
Outdoor Features:
Our pool is always heated to 83 degrees. The property also comes with a heated 6-person jacuzzi, 6 poolside lounge chairs with umbrella, a covered patio with BBQ, Smart TV, dining table, barstools, a fan and misters. There are 2 large hammocks nestled off to the side with a soothing waterfall. There is a putting green with putters and golf balls. There’s an additional gazebo with a full sectional and table. And lastly, there is a modern glass firepit surrounded by 4 Adirondack chairs.
Interior Features:
Our professionally designed interior remodel was completed in the Summer of 2022. All furnishings were hand selected by our designer. There are 2 separate front and backyard entrances. There are 6 unique and modern bedrooms with a total of 11 beds – 2 kings, 3 queens, 3 fulls, and 3 twins. Each bed is made with clean and cozy linens, and our guests often say how comfortable our beds are. Bedroom 6 is a “casita” with a king bed, bunk bed, kitchenette, bathroom, and a separate entrance to the front of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you may need to cook and enjoy large meals for friends and family. Next to the kitchen is a breakfast nook, perfect for morning coffee and tea (both provided), a large dining table, and barstools. There also is a cozy wood-burning fireplace for anyone interested in staying warm and inside.
Amenities and Extras to expect:
We provide clean bath towels, pool towels, washcloths, makeup towels, linens, and blankets. We also provide high-speed internet, hulu live TV (80+ channels), and Hulu on all 5 TVs (which are all smart TVs). The property is kid-friendly with a pack n play, booster seat, board games, books, bunk beds, kids toys, and more. We provide cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, coffee, tea, and more, which should be enough for at least a 7 night stay. Our kitchen comes with clean dishes, pots and pans, appliances, a drip coffee maker, tea, blender, baking dishes, cooking utensils, a toaster oven, and much more. We have fireplace tools for the firepit and grill utensils for the BBQ. We also provide some propane for both. There is a laundry room with everything you need to wash or iron clothes.
We take our role as hosts seriously and we are always happy to help and answer every question you have as promptly as possible. We have recommendations for everything you may want to do, so definitely ask us! Guests will have their own unique code to access the property via smartlock.
This is NOT a party house, and quiet hours are to be respected between 10PM-6AM in order to be courteous to our neighbors.
