The space
Welcome to the perfect home for your visit to the Tempe/Scottsdale/Phoenix area! The open floor plan is perfect for larger groups, with a large living room, kitchen, and dining area. The dining room table has seats for 10 as well as 4 stools at the kitchen island/bar. Just off the living room is a den/office, complete with a 32” Apple monitor, keyboard, and printer that you can plug into! Close the barn doors for additional privacy to work in peace. The home decor is mid century modern meets traditional Haitian art to create an environment that is both sophisticated and warm!
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an attached full bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower in the hallway as well. The third full bathroom with shower is located off of the living room, across from the laundry room that includes a full-size washer and dryer. The second bedroom can accommodate two additional guests in a queen-size bed. The third bedroom also has a queen bed, to accommodate two additional guests. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds, to accommodate two additional guests. The living room, along with the master bedroom, feature smart TVs with a Roku and all smart TV apps (i.e. Netflix, Hulu, etc). There are plenty of mirrors throughout the home so that there is plenty of space for large groups to all get ready at the same time if needed.
The colorful backyard is great for fun and relaxation! The yard features a large, diving pool complete with a diving board, a firepit, an outdoor dining table, an outdoor sofa set, lounge chairs, an umbrella, corn-hole, ping-pong, and giant Jenga, not to mention a gorgeous mid century modern themed mural for those Instagram photos! Relax under the bistro lights in the evening and enjoy the weather that Arizona is known for! The doors leading to the backyard are safety doors (require two handles to operate and you hear a tone sound when they open) for peace of mind with your children. The front driveway even has a full-size basketball hoop, ball included!
