This fabulous home built in 2017 has a walk out basement with outdoor seating and a fire pit. On the main level, a covered deck is accessible off the dining room and showcases a beautiful view of the sunset. Consider yourself lucky if a storm rolls in, it is gorgeous to watch. There are 2 living areas, 3 bathrooms, and a fully stocked bar in the basement. We have a tv in 2 of the 3 available bedrooms. Our open floor plan is perfect for the family to gather around and enjoy each other's company. The dining room seats 6 at the table. The kitchen offers a Coffee Bar that will start your day off in the best way. Enjoy that cappuccino on the upper deck!!! If you are here to catch a KU Jayhawks Basketball game or just to enjoy Lake Clinton, we are 1 mile to the entrance of K-10. Bonus, you can be in Kansas City within 40 minutes. Lawrence is a one of a kind town and I am sure you will be glad you came. For your safety, we have 1 exterior recording device at the front door. We comfortably sleep 6 in the beds, but also have a couch in a bedroom that would be ideal for a child. We also offer a queen size and a twin size air mattress.
