The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room seats 6-8 comfortably on an extendable dining table. Enjoy an outdoor BBQ on a brand new grill and outdoor dining set or lounge by the heated pool. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: All expenses and utilities are included, except that guests are responsible for any gas used to heat the pool at the renter's discretion. Deposit for this is collected upon booking as "pool fee".
