All bedrooms have flat screen TVs Direct TV, and Apple TV. Located on Waiulu Street at the world renowned Hualalai Resort, we are just minutes away by our 2 private golf carts to the hotel. The condo sits on the 15th hole of the Jack Nicklaus designed Hualalai Golf Course, and has soaring ocean views. Encompassing 3000sf of indoor living space, the condo has a formal living room, dining room, laundry room and downstairs family room plus bar. The outside areas include 3 large outdoor lanais all furnished with Restoration Hardware furniture. The condo is at the end of Waiulu Street for the utmost privacy being an end corner unit. The outdoor spaces include a front and backyard lawn space perfect for family play.
Hualalai Resort Access for renters:
Guests at this villa will have access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort (Optional). A Daily Resort Guest Fee per person, per day will apply and be payable directly to the resort. The Daily Resort Guest Fee ranges from $65 - $200 + tax per day per guest for ages 14 & up and $32.50 - $100 + tax per day per guest for ages 5-13. During the festive season, the Daily Resort Guest Fee is $200 + tax for guests ages 14 & up, and $100.00 + tax for guests ages 5-13. This daily fee includes access to the sports club, spa, golf course, beach and pool services, all resort restaurants (with the exception of members-only restaurants), ocean activity center, tennis club, kids club, and a resort-wide charge card and account.
