Both cozy bedrooms feature queen beds with built in drawer bases. Whimsical hooks provide space for hanging clothing. Bed linens, 6 bath towels and 4 beach towels are included. The spacious bathroom includes a walk in shower, toilet, sink with mirror, and stackable laundry center. All interior doors are barn door style. The kitchen and dining area offer counter and dining table seating with matching counter height bar stools. Kitchen is well stocked with small appliances, coffee pot, toaster, milkshake maker, cooking pans, dishes and utensils. There is a microwave, electric stove, 4 door fridge with freezer, dishwasher. The L shaped living space has a comfy sectional sofa with lounge seat. A 70inch Smart TV and WiFi is also included. Two sliding doors with screens open to the large deck with 2 sets of stairs to the yard and lakeside patio, Outside dining table and chairs, plus gas fire pit, and lounge chairs are just steps away from the dock. Guests are welcome to use the dock for their own boat. Two newer sit upon kayaks, paddles and a 4 person paddleboat are available for guests to use.
