This home has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 Baths. Two Master Suites and 2 Guest Bedrooms, all bedrooms have King size beds + Frette Italian sheets, and new mattresses. Large TV in living room, 3 bedrooms all have smart TVs. Newly renovated bathrooms. Large Outdoor Shower (no pool). Many terraces on both upper and main level. Mature landscaping.
10 outdoor lounge chairs, large outdoor table seats 8-10, new Weber Grill. Large driveway. Max 4 cars in driveway, no street parking (East Hampton town rule). Great for families, extended families, or a small group of friends (no more than 4 unrelated guests per East Hampton town rule). Lovely and comfortable home, fully equipped, you should only need to bring your personal items! Italian Frette sheets, towels and Jonathan Adler and Yves Delorme beach towels. 4 Beach chairs and 2 beach umbrellas to take to the local beach. Quiet neighborhood, great for walking / jogging / biking (bring your bike).
Access to the neighborhood private bay beach is just a few minutes walk. Peaceful neighborhood with no through-traffic is perfect for kids, biking, walking, relaxing.
There are 4 bikes and helmets available. Approx. 12 min drive to East Hampton town center, Sag Harbor town center and ocean beaches. This home is in the Northwest Woods of East Hampton near a private bay beach (this is not Springs, Springs is on the other side of 3 Mile Harbor about 15-20 min away).
