Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Less than 10 minutes from the airport, 17 minutes to broadway and 4 min to Percy Priest Lake. You will feel right at home when you step into this spacious, clean, cozy townhouse. This is a duplex with unit A on the right for our guests. Time and thought have been put into the comfort and decor, to make our guests have a memorable experience. We also have a pack n' play, children's books and games for a family friendly experience.
This townhouse/duplex is newly renovated with lots of natural light, high ceilings and an open floor plan. We know it can be hard to remember everything when you are traveling so we have tried to do that for you. We provide a hair dryer, and iron for our guests convenience. This townhouse also has a full kitchen well stocked. The bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo and Conditioner and fresh bath towels. There is also laundry on the premises.
We have a smart T.V. in the living room and the master bedroom. There is a back deck where you can relax in the evening and listen to the creek in the back.
Both bedrooms and two bathrooms are upstairs and a 1/2 bath downstairs. The Master has an in-suite bathroom. The guest room has a full bed, a single bed with another single trundle.
We do not allow parties at this property. We use a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video surveillance or audio recording. It simply notifies guests and us when the noise levels has reached a volume that would disturb the neighbors.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no loud music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises should not exceed 6. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have any visitors at the property.
Extra Charges:
A $50 extra cleaning fee will be added if confetti or glitter is used for a party and requires extra cleaning.
SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Guests will be charged the $850 (yes its a lot, but this is the cheapest option we can find) it costs to get a company to come and get rid of the smell of smoke if our cleaner can not get rid of it.
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
