Giant windows with built-in seating and skylights make for a sun-soaked living room that is perfect for reading or relaxing after a day at the beach. Outside the ample deck leads out to a large yard with steps leading down to the shore. The house is about 75 yards from the water and has great kayaking access to Fish Creek Cove and views of the expansive Eggemoggin Reach. This bright house is a functional family space, with an open concept living room and an updated kitchen. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom as well as french doors leading out to the back deck. A second bedroom has two twin beds that can also be pushed together and fitted with king sized sheets.
