Immaculate, custom built, new home. Winner in the 2016 Outer Banks Parade of Homes. Located in beautiful Southern Shores, North Carolina. Our home is fully furnished with 3 king, 1 queen, 1 full bed and one full-over-full bunk. Open designed-great room with vaulted ceilings, and large flat screen television is perfect for family gatherings . Step outside to the spacious deck with Adirondack chairs under outdoor fan overlooking daytime swimmers and evening sunsets. Downstairs rec room with flat screen tv and wet bar and fridge is perfect for a teenager's getaway. A quick step outside takes you to our private pool/hot tub area with outside shower and fenced backyard. Open the garage door and set up a game of corn hole, steaks on the grill or take the bikes for a short ride to downtown Duck or straight to the oceanfront.
