CONDO:
Relax in the master bedroom with a king size bed and sliding doors that open onto the ocean front terrace. Experience expansive ocean views while taking a rain shower or soaking in the soaker tub in the ensuite bathroom. The master bath boasts double sinks and there is a large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed and ample closet space. The office space has been transformed into a kid-friendly space with bunk beds and toys.
The guest bathrooms also offers a walk-in rain shower with a lovely Mexican stone floor.
All areas are air conditioned and all rooms have ceiling fans. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has an amazing ocean view. You can choose to dine inside, on the terrace or eat out at the many delicious restaurants San Pancho has to offer. There is wireless WiFi in the condo, as well as, a large screen Smart TV with Shaw satellite tv.
Along with the buildings water purification system, we have installed an additional water purification system in the condo that is regularly maintained. You can safely drink from the faucet in the kitchen and use the ice from the ice maker in the refrigerator.
Enjoy the beautiful, heated pool and large jacuzzi hot tub that the resort has to offer.
San Pancho

GETTING HERE
It's easy to get to San Francisco/San Pancho from the Puerto Vallarta airport (PVR) or the new Tepic International airport (code: TPQ) via taxi, Uber, rental car or arranged driver. It’s a 45-minute drive through the beautiful tropical jungle corridor. Within San Pancho, everything is within walking distance. However, if needed, there are taxi services available as well as Uber services to other towns. Guadalajara is 3 hour drive by car.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
San Pancho is located about 1.5 hours north of Puerto Vallarta. It is a lovely jungle drive to our sleepy fishing village and surfing town. Traffic can sometime make this drive longer so we recommend you plan for 3 hours when traveling to and from the airport to ensure you arrive on time.
We are in a new building. While the construction in our building is complete, Phase 3 is currently underway and depending on the work performed on any specific day, there may be some noise. Parking on site is available. Everything you may need is a short walk away. If you would like a large grocery store, we recommend that you stop at Walmart, Mega or La Comer in Bucerias on the way from the airport and stock up or take a taxi/uber during your stay.
