Summary: My family of 6 stayed at Garza Blanca Preserve 3 bedroom penthouse and welcomed New Years 2025 there. The penthouse is jaw dropping, my kids would not stop gushing about the views, space, room service, and amenities. We started everyday with the best coffee/pastries/sunrise/vibes and chilled like never before. I loved working with the hosts, they made “every” good faith effort to address any issues I brought forth (literally 2) and made a ton of recommendations on what to see and do in the area. I would rent this again and would rent anything that Rob and Harold recommend. And did I say, my family still talks about this experience. There are definitely a couple issues with the resort itself (slow check-in, system transitions, personal concierge not accommodating) but nothing the host can do about that at all. Besides, the hosts did everything in their power to address things as they came up and were graceful while doing so. Recommend Highly!! Love it and the hosts’ energy, timely follow-up, communication, and positivity.
