The cottage has 70' of private frontage on one of Michigan's best lakes in the northwest of the lower peninsula. It is eight miles long with excellent fishing, skiing, kayaking, canoeing, and sailing. Great sunsets.

The cottage has been completely renovated over the last few years. It is about 15' off the water.
The Betsie Valley Trail crosses the back of the lot. It is 22 miles long. One direction heads to Frankfort, which is on Lake Michigan, and the other to Thompsonville. The trail is walking and bike friendly. There are two bikes at the cottage available at no charge.
