Summary: I want to like this property. They are trying. Newly redone rooms that have all new flooring, paint, beds are very nice. The hotel itself is old and has seen better days. I think they're working on it but the parking lot and surrounding area seems a little time warn and not real safe. Leaving our motorcycles out gave us a moment's pause. Staff is excellent and very nice. Heating units and low water pressure took away from the experience. No washcloths and just the bare basic soap with no shampoo and time worn towels. Got to give them credit for trying and give the staff kudos for taking care of us. Everything is headed in the right direction. I hope they get this upgraded externally as well as they have done the rooms. A little more intention with showers and water pressure and heat a/c. All in all it was clean and comfortable but I'm not sure I would bring my other half to stay overnight

Summary: I gave a friend a couple nights in a hotel. He needed it. I paid for the room. Check in requesting an additional/ his credit/ debit card..He does not have either. Very inconvenient

Summary: This place looked like a homeless shelter. People hanging out in the parking lot. It was loud and noisy. The hallways and everywhere except inside the room was dirty and unkempt

Summary: I liked that the property smelled better than most properties that are at this price range. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
What I didn't care about this property was that the area was dirty outside of the property, it felt extremely unsafe outside and there was not much that a single woman could do to make herself feel safer other than stay in her room.

Summary: I only stayed 1 night. The property is hard to find. Vacant building next to property. Overgrown shrubs on vacant lot and on the property. Lake Mono is across a busy highway, not on the property. Felt unsafe being there.

Summary: I would not recommend this hotel to anyone it was awful there were people using drugs in the parking lot there was a homeless guy sleeping in the stairwell the doors were not securely locked only the door to the motel room itself had a lock the other ones were wide open this was a dirty on staffed Motel there's no telephone in the rooms they complained when we had four guests on our reservation and we only had two towels and we asked for more it was awful

Summary: Check in process was easy, room looked clean when I went into it, had to deal with people yelling in the middle of the night and arguing and other rooms. Check out was easy, but the lady at the desk was a real jerk.

Summary: Look. This place should not be listed in Expedia; it should be condemned. Apart from a great 6-yr staffer, the place is a dump. I direct my upset at the landlord (slumlord) and the deceptive photos on Expedia.
