Welcome to Paradise Pointe, a large Lake Norman home with stunning main channel views from every room and 600+ ft of shoreline. This incredible, updated, and newly remodeled home is nestled on a peninsula lot with over an acre of privacy and is an entertainer's dream. As you pull in, you are greeted with a tree-lined driveway, canopying your entrance to a marvelous Nantucket-style house.
Once inside the custom-made double doors, you are greeted with natural light and floor-to-ceiling windows with exquisite lake views. The main level has a great room with lots of natural light featuring a wood-plank cathedral ceiling. The great room has plenty of seating options with two couches, two accent chairs, two swivel chairs, and a bar table, all enjoying great lake views. The dining room has a table with seating for 8-10 steps from the kitchen. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a Viking gas stove & hood & warming drawer. A large island with seating for six has just been added, and you can also enjoy jaw-dropping views from the window bench seating!
The main level also offers a Primary Bedroom with a King bed, a sitting area with two chairs, deck access, and a walk-in closet. The primary bath features a spa-like en suite with a clawfoot tub, walk-in shower, and marble throughout.
Upstairs has more sleeping options for your group, offering four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. There is a bunk room with brand new built-in two twin-over-queen bunks and another set of twin-over-twin bunk beds with an ensuite bathroom offering a shower/tub combo. This bunk room sleeps 8 and is perfect for a kid's sleepover. Two bedrooms have king beds with a bathroom to share; one king has direct access to the bath, and the other uses hall access. The upper level is rounded out with a bonus room converted to a bedroom with two kings and a twin with a trundle sleeping 6.
The garage has been converted into a fun game room for all to enjoy! The game room has a bumper pool table, foosball, ping pong, and everyone's favorite: Asteroids. While out in the garage, enjoy the game on the large TV and sit at the bar table while waiting for your turn to play!
Outdoors at Paradise Pointe is where most guests will spend their time. Enjoy a private covered dock perfect for your rented boat, or relax in the saltwater pool and spa with Travertine decking. Outdoor dining is a breeze with an outdoor kitchen and bar featuring a Green Egg & gas grill (propane provided). Don't forget to reserve your spot at the sectional with a built-in gas fire pit; this is sure to be a hit for adult beverages in the evening. The large wraparound deck has many seating options, steps down, and leads to a walkway that takes guests to the covered dock. At the end of Paradise Point is a peninsula with a lakeside firepit and Adirondack chairs - perfect for S'mores (firewood provided). Don't forget the newly installed play set for kiddos!

- Please note that if the temperature is below 50°F, pool heat will not be offered, as the ground is too cold for effective heating.
- For boat rentals, please reach out to us at least 24 hours before your stay.
- House has 3 kayaks and 2 SUP for guests use.
- Indoor fireplaces are not available for guest use.
- Spices/Oils, Etc: These items are not guaranteed. Sometimes they are left behind and available, but they are cleaned out regularly.
- This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- No events, group gatherings, or parties are allowed at any AvantStay property under any circumstances.
- Due to natural fluctuations, we’re unable to provide specific water depth information at any given time. The majority of docks in this area are generally suitable for most average-sized pontoons and ski boats. However, since boat drafts can vary, guests are encouraged to refer to Lake Norman nautical charts, GPS systems, and depth maps—and rely on their own knowledge of their vessel’s specifications—to ensure safe navigation.
