Our comfortable and serene guesthouse overlooks Paradise Cove. French doors lead to private balconies (6'x25') both with ocean views. Zuma, Malibu, and Leo Carrillo (County Line) beaches are from 2 to 7 minute drive away. We are a short drive or a long walk from miles and miles of trails and hiking in the beautiful Santa Monica Mountains. Pepperdine University is 6 miles away, making this a perfect base for visiting the school.
The guesthouse is located upstairs, over a detached garage.It has a private entry, one bedroom with a new king-size bed, a great room with 2 couches, flat screen TV, internet, dining table and chairs.
The bathroom is granite and tile, and there is also an outdoor shower for beach sand wash off. The large couches in the living room can sleep either two children, or anyone under 5'8' comfortably. Apple TV box in living room allows you to rent movies etc on your iTune account.
