Travel Purpose: business

Positive: We enjoyed the location close to the beach but not in the wind, and within walking distance to the market/ city center. We liked the room layout, fireplace, comfortable beds and the spa tub. The table was big enough for all of us to sit around together for meals and puzzling. The large living room and bonus room couches made it possible for everyone to sit together and talk around the fireplace or split up on the two levels for some to work part of the time.

Negative: The couches are very broken down and needed to be replaced years ago as there isn't any place in the whole length where one gets good back support and you aren't sinking into a cushion hole. The fenced in yard is nice but there are several sections of broken and missing fencing making it look uncared for and unsafe to leave a small child or animal outside without fulltime supervision. Other than these two items we loved the place. There's plenty of cutlery, dishes, towels, etc to make a family stay feel like home away from home. Management was very nice, quickly responsive, and helpful in considering a special request. The listing is a little confusing about the number of beds available (saying three bedrooms) but it can easily sleep 8 people in beds in 4 shared bedrooms. It even has a changing table for babies.

Summary: We enjoyed this vacation rental and will look into booking again next year for our family getaway.
