Our goal is to exceed our guest’s expectation and provide a luxurious home with all the comforts of your home. This brand new condo built in 2016-2017 boasts approximately 1400 sq. ft. of living space + and additional 300 sq. ft. of outdoor living space. Located within Los Cabo’s newest premier community of Quivira, a 24-hour secure gated community with shuttle service throughout the community & to downtown Cabo. You will be greeted with elegant travertine floors, solid wood cabinets with granite & travertine counter tops throughout. Professionally decorated with luxurious furnishings; this brand new condo sleeps up to 4 and offers stunning ocean views from the balcony, miles of sandy beach nearby, fine dining, shopping and Cabo nightlife await you. Leave your stress at home, but not the comforts of home as each of the 2 bedrooms includes a king size bed and the other a queen sized bed. Enjoy a great movie on one of the 50' flat screen TV in the master bedroom and the living room. Looking for a little more excitement? Walk out to the balcony off the master, and enjoy breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean watching the whales and cruise ships pass by. You can also access the balcony through the wall-to-wall glass sliding doors in our spacious and generous living room. Once in the living room, all required plush bedding and a 50' wall-mounted flat screen LED 1080P with Apple TV. This condo includes 2 spa like bathrooms. Luxury doesn't stop there as both full bathrooms’ boast travertine marble floors and counter-tops as well as tumbled marble walls and large glass showers. You will find our bathrooms fully stocked including towels, toiletries, blow dryer and beach towels. You will enjoy cooking for yourself in the chef inspired kitchen. The kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances and very unique bar stools. If you prefer, you can hire a personal chef who will come to the condo and prepare a delicious meal or treat yourself to any one of the top-rated restaurants in Quivira (be sure to mention you are staying at Quivira for an additional 20% off). For your comfort, this condo also includes a full washer and dryer including laundry detergent and fabric softener. Private parking (1 space available), as well as an elevator. Upon your arrival and while sipping on your favorite drink, you will be greeted by our Concierge and a full walk-through will be completed with you. Our Concierge will be able to coordinate and book various activities such as transportation, dining, entertainment, babysitter, and chef services if required. He can also grocery shop prior to your arrival for a $40+ fee. Worried about missing the internet? We have Free internet access which is included in the space.

Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach, Pacifica, Montecristo Clubhouse, Rosé and Los Cabos. On property, you have full use of the two resorts and the villa's clubhouse. This includes the restaurants, pools, spa, deli, etc. Near the marina you have full use of the Rosé and Los Cabos (formerly called Blanco) sister resorts. You can charge to your folio (if you set one up) or on your credit card with each purchase. Be sure you give them your first and last name when charging to your folio as there are others with folio accounts tied to our condo #. Beach/pool towels are provided at these locations however you may need to provide ID or ask for a pool card at the front lobby desk. Let them know you are staying at Copala and your building, if asked.
