This four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home is awaiting your family to make memories. Located on a quiet, dead-end street, you'll have greater privacy, while also being within walking distance from the beach and town when you want to venture out.
The exterior boasts a large patio complete with a solo stove, outdoor dining area, sofas hot tub, and chaise lounges on the deck. This is the perfect space to take in your morning coffee, mid-day nap, evening bbq, and to brush up on your astrology. The home also has a basketball hoop in the driveway for a great family game of HORSE.
Inside the home, there are two large rooms that you can lounge in to read, watch a movie or play board games, which are supplied. The family room is complete with a 65-inch smart TV and comfortable seating to enjoy a movie night. The living room has a 44-inch smart TV, more comfortable furnishings, and plenty of space to spread out for a game of charades. The kitchen has all of the amenities to cook up a gourmet meal, brew a nice cup of coffee, or make your favorite smoothie in the Ninja blender.
Four pristine and inviting bedrooms offer a great retreat throughout the day. The main bedroom has a ceiling fan, and there are window air-conditioning units in the remaining bedrooms, all perfect for keeping everyone cool and comfortable.
The home has seven walk on beach passes for Singing Beach. When you arrive back home from the beach there is an outdoor shower to rinse off and refresh. Additional perks include beach chairs, an umbrella, two boogie boards, and beach toys - all for your beach time fun.
