High-speed AT&T Fiber wifi, 3 Roku SmartTVs (NO CABLE, bring your own streaming services), Hot tub on the back porch, access to the community pool, full kitchen with all cooking needs and kitchen table, Washer/Dryer, 2 King size beds and 1 roll away bed. Lots of privacy but only a short drive to the action in Pigeon Forge!

We provide a charcoal grill for guest use but guests are responsible for their own charcoal.
We do not offer late check out or early check in. If by chance we can accommodate, there will be a $50 charge per.
