Enjoy your stay in this completely renovated home nestled in the rejuvenated hometown of New Albany, Indiana. Only 7 minutes across the bridge from Louisville, Ky this home is truly in a prime location! The true show stopper here is the outdoor space a private backyard complete with fire pit, string lights and the stars above! Inside you will find 2 queen bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, laundry, WiFi, smart TVs, and every amenity we could think of! You’ll love this historic, yet modernized home.
The space
This classic historical shotgun home is a charmer. The side entrance brings you into the main living room area and straight ahead into the roomy eat in kitchen with new tile, backsplash and quartz countertops. Off the kitchen is the half bath and laundry room. The kitchen has a sliding window that opens into the comfy backyard sanctuary with Adirondack chairs surrounding the fire pit and a covered sitting area. The front two rooms in the home are the sleeping areas complete with 2 “Purple” memory foam queen mattresses. The middle bedroom and s newly renovated with all new tub, tile, vanity and finishings in a modern Boho style. We hope you enjoy this home as much as we have enjoyed remaking it.

Just a short 7 block walk to downtown where there are many great local restaurants, shops and bars. On street parking (street cleaning in front of the home is every Monday 8-10am, so no parking out front during those times please).
