It is a four room spacious house. The main one has a small glass terrace.
1 1/2 bathrooms shared. Living, dining room and a small hall. And also a small table with two chairs in a small inner courtyard.
The house counts for the most part with the original furniture of the time (40's). It is an old house, with old paint and old furniture, also old decoration with a few family antiques & very old family portraits.
A very small front garden, overlooking the street, with varied vegetation and an iron bench. A backyard with a wooden table and benches, where you can have breakfast or even a drink at night, if weather permitting. It is a very quiet place and, sometimes, very silent. There is a nìspero, a seasonal fruit tree, that attracts wild squirrels, and there's also varied vegetation.
Three cats living indoors, and three dogs are in the front yard.
Simple room. Furnished, with wardrobe and closet, and overlooking the front garden. Shared bathroom and shower service.
