I'm a retired diplomat living with my 2 cats in this 3 story 3 bedroom house which I renovated after arriving here 10 years ago. We are within five minutes walk to the heart of town where all of the festival and cultural action is centered.
I have WiFi, cable TV and a full sized professional pool table on the upper floor terrace which guests are welcome to enjoy while relaxing in the house. There is a pretty fair library and 3 outdoor patio areas where guests can relax and enjoy the great weather this part of Mexico affords. The main patio on the lower floor is off the kitchen and living area and boasts a beautiful small garden, BBQ and fully stocked bar. The living room has a gas fireplace to take the chill off the evenings when needed.
The location is safe and relatively quiet bearing in mind this is Mexico. I like to cook and may invite guests to lunch or dinner. Light breakfast and coffee/tea is included. Most guests however want to be out and around town soaking up the local cultural scene, the historic architecture, the many fashion, art and artisan boutiques and the hundreds of eating and drinking establishments in the downtown area of my beautiful town.
This is the master bed with its own patio in a quiet and sunny part of the house suitable for 2 people. It has a gas heater if required.
